1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EliteProClubs ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

2. Non-Commercial Platform

EliteProClubs is a non-commercial platform created for the gaming community. We do not charge fees, accept payments, or generate revenue from tournament participation. The Platform is provided free of charge for entertainment and competitive gaming purposes only.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1. When creating an account, you must provide:

• A valid email address
• Your gaming platform (PC, PS5, or Xbox One X/S)
• Your country of residence
• Your EA ID (Electronic Arts ID)
• A profile picture/avatar

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Your EA ID cannot be changed after registration. You must provide your real EA ID that matches your in-game account. Using a fake or incorrect EA ID may result in immediate disqualification from tournaments and account suspension.

4. Fair Play and Anti-Cheating Policy

4.1. Strictly Prohibited Activities:

• Cheating: Using any form of cheats, hacks, mods, exploits, or third-party software to gain unfair advantages
• Match Fixing: Deliberately losing, manipulating scores, or any form of match-fixing
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to play on your account during tournaments
• False Information: Providing fake EA IDs, incorrect match results, or fraudulent documentation
• Smurfing: Using alternate accounts to manipulate rankings or tournament brackets
• Harassment: Toxic behavior, hate speech, threats, or harassment of other players
• Griefing: Intentionally disrupting tournaments or matches

⚠️ CONSEQUENCES: Violation of fair play rules will result in:

• Immediate match disqualification
• Tournament ban (temporary or permanent)
• Account suspension or termination
• ELO rating reset or penalty
• Removal from leaderboards and rankings

5. Match Reporting and Disputes

5.1. All match results must be reported accurately and honestly.

5.2. In case of disputes, administrators may request:

• Screenshots or video recordings of the match
• EA Sports match history verification
• Additional evidence as needed

5.3. Administrator decisions on disputes are final.

6. Tournament Participation

6.1. By participating in tournaments, you agree to:

• Use only your registered EA ID
• Play fairly and honestly
• Respect other players and administrators
• Follow tournament-specific rules and schedules
• Report match results accurately

6.2. Teams must have active members who meet participation requirements.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. The Platform and its content are provided for entertainment purposes only.

8.2. EA Sports, FIFA, FC, and related trademarks are the property of Electronic Arts Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by EA Sports.

8.3. Users retain rights to their uploaded content (avatars, team logos) but grant us a license to display them on the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT THE PLATFORM IS FREE FROM VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

AS A NON-COMMERCIAL PLATFORM, WE PROVIDE SERVICES FREE OF CHARGE AND ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in prohibited activities, or for any reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
