Rules & Code of Conduct

1. Core Principles
EliteProClubs is built on principles of:
- Fair Play - Compete honestly and ethically
 - Respect - Treat all players with dignity
 - Integrity - Uphold competitive integrity
 - Sportsmanship - Win or lose with grace
 
2. Absolutely Prohibited
❌ ZERO TOLERANCE VIOLATIONS
- Cheating & Hacking: Any use of cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized software
 - Match Fixing: Intentionally losing or manipulating match outcomes
 - Smurfing: Using alternate accounts to manipulate rankings
 - Boosting: Having someone else play on your account to improve rating
 - DDoS/Attacks: Network attacks or attempts to disrupt matches
 - Fraud: Providing false information, fake EA IDs, or fraudulent documentation
 
Penalty: Permanent ban
3. Behavioral Standards
3.1. Expected Behavior
- Communicate respectfully with opponents and teammates
 - Accept match results gracefully
 - Report issues through proper channels
 - Follow tournament schedules and rules
 - Respond to match invitations promptly
 
3.2. Prohibited Behavior
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
 - Hate speech, racism, or discrimination
 - Toxic behavior or excessive trash talk
 - Threats or doxxing
 - Spam or advertising
 - Impersonation of other players or staff
 
4. Match Rules
4.1. Pre-Match
- Be online and ready 10 minutes before scheduled match time
 - Confirm EA ID matches your registered account
 - Communicate with opponent to arrange match
 - Use agreed-upon match settings
 
4.2. During Match
- Play fair - no exploits or glitches
 - No pausing except for genuine technical issues
 - If disconnection occurs, attempt reconnection
 - Screenshot/record matches when possible
 
4.3. Post-Match
- Report results honestly and accurately
 - Upload screenshots if requested
 - Respect opponent regardless of outcome
 - Report disputes through proper channels
 
5. Team Conduct
- Captains are responsible for their team members' behavior
 - Teams must maintain minimum active member requirements
 - Team transfers must follow cooldown periods
 - No poaching or tampering with other teams
 
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute:
- Try to resolve directly with opponent first
 - If unresolved, use the "Dispute Match" feature
 - Provide evidence (screenshots, recordings)
 - Wait for admin review - be patient
 - Accept admin decisions - they are final
 
7. Penalties and Enforcement
⚠️ Minor Violations (First Offense)
Warning, temporary chat restriction, or short suspension (1-7 days)
⚠️ Serious Violations (Repeated/Severe)
Tournament ban (1-3 months), ELO penalty, account suspension (30-90 days)
❌ Critical Violations
Permanent ban, account termination, removal from all leaderboards
8. Reporting Violations
If you witness rule violations:
- Use in-platform reporting features
 - Provide detailed description
 - Include evidence when possible
 - Do NOT engage or retaliate
 - Let administrators handle it
 
Note: False reports or abuse of reporting system may result in penalties.
9. Administrator Rights
Administrators reserve the right to:
- Investigate any suspected violations
 - Request additional evidence or information
 - Modify or disqualify match results
 - Suspend or ban accounts
 - Make final decisions on disputes
 - Update rules as needed
 
10. Appeals
If you receive a penalty and believe it was unjust:
- Wait for the appeal cooldown period (usually 7 days)
 - Submit a formal appeal with new evidence
 - Be respectful and factual
 - Accept the final decision
 
Note: Appeals are reviewed case-by-case. Not all appeals will result in penalty removal.
